Established in 1991, Ningbo Zhengli Pharmaceutical Packing specializes in producing glass injection vials made from glass tubing. Our products are widely used in anti-tumor, bio-engineering, vaccine blood products, contact lenses, cosmetics and other fields, and are also used to match with preparation products like freeze-drying, power injection and hydro-acupuncture. Moreover, we plan to launch a pre-filled syringe production line in 2012. We passed ISO 9001:2000 in 2000. In 2007, we were successfully registered with FDA DMF.
In order to meet the requirements from our development, we have invested more than $12 million to build a Chinese top-grade production base for injection tubing glass vials with a designed annual capacity of up to 1.7 billion pieces, which includes a 1,000-square-meter inspection and packing workshop. Currently, we have 450 workers and 35 percent of them are technicians and engineers.
With excellent product quality and a nationwide service network, we provide high quality products to more than 200 customers in China and we have more than 10 years of stable cooperation with six major institutes of biological products under the ministry of Health.
Our national market share occupies 80 percent in the biological product field and 50 percent in the high-end pharmaceutical field. Nowadays, we focus on having more shares in overseas markets. As such, more than 15 percent of our products have been exported worldwide.
